Hertfordshire and Middlesex Wildlife Trust

Hertfordshire and Middlesex Wildlife Trust is a registered charity[1] located in St Albans and is one of the 47 [2] local Wildlife Trusts spread across the whole of the UK.

The trust manages 44 nature reserves using paid staff and volunteers, aiming to preserve wild habitats and increase public support for nature conservation. It encourages people to visit its nature reserves, and also engages in campaigning and education.

The Hertfordshire and Middlesex Trust has over 18,000 members. It operates in Hertfordshire and the former county of Middlesex, which is now divided between the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Harrow and Hillingdon.
